Evidence over adjectives.

Integrated payments

Repeatable Account Growth engine

Designed and operationalised a multi-market Provet Pay expansion motion combining playbook, HubSpot sequence, reporting and team enablement.

Measured result: €174.5k open ARR pipeline from 47 opportunities in five weeks, including four closed-won deals.

Enterprise selling

Complex buying processes

Contributed to enterprise RFP, product-evaluation and procurement work for large corporate veterinary groups in the UK and Australia, spanning product, commercial, legal, security and implementation dependencies. Customer identities are intentionally withheld.

Cross-functional enablement

Scaling knowledge beyond my own deals

Delivered a Provet Pay masterclass for Customer Success and Referral Portal training for Global Support. The Provet Pay recording was subsequently made available internally as formal enablement material.

Revenue governance

Better commercial visibility

Helped shape 2025 Sales KPI and goals reporting in HubSpot, including UK and international revenue-target structure and the visibility required by sales leadership.

AI-enabled selling

AI that improves execution

Built reusable Provet Pay payment-analysis and Clinical AI ROI workflows used by colleagues on live opportunities to standardise analysis, deal preparation and value articulation.

Product commercialisation

Turning Clinical AI into value

Led Clinical AI commercialisation across UK and international markets, translating emerging capability into customer-facing value propositions and supporting paid adoption.

Career progression

A five-year record, not a six-month snapshot.

At Provet/Nordhealth, Kirsty progressed from Business Development Manager to Sales Director while expanding from core UK selling into international opportunities, enterprise work, integrated payments, Clinical AI, sales enablement and commercial process improvement. Historic commission and quota records exist across multiple years, but only metrics whose meaning and attribution are fully verified are published here.
